Contest Rules

1. Contest Overview

The "The Automated Analyst On The Go Contest" is organized by Charli AI, open to participants who meet the eligibility requirements outlined below and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins at midnight EST on January 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 31, 2025. Monthly prizes will be awarded for February on March 4th 2025, and March prize awarded on April 5th 2025.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and submit their contact details based on their place of work or company details.

Employees, representatives, and agents of Charli AI, its partners, clients, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

To qualify for the contest, individuals must sign up for at least one of the following: 

• Sign up for an on-site or virtual meeting,

• Sign up for any version of The Automated Analyst using their company name and email address anytime from Jan 15, 2025 until March 31, 2025.

4. How to Enter

5. Prizes

One (1) Apple 64gb Blue 10.9” iPads (10th Generation) will be awarded to one (1) winner each month during February and March 2025. Each winner will receive one (1) iPad. In addition, each winner will receive a 90-day subscription to the Automated Analyst (Professional Version) Each prize is valued at $1,200 USD.

Plus 1 runner-up prize each month in February and March of one 60-day subscription to the Automated Analyst (Professional Version). Each prize is valued at $150 USD.

6. Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected randomly based on the top 10 users and their accumulated points from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period each month in February and March and will each on the last calendar day of each month. February 28th and March 31st 2025.

Draw announcements for the previous month’s winners will take place on March 5th 1:30pm EST for our February winners and April 4th 1:30pm EST for our March winners.

Winners will have to answer a simple skill testing question.

Winners will be notified via email within five (3) business days following each draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (5) days of the notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Skill Testing Question

Winners will have to answer a skill-testing question for winners (e.g., a math question) and must correctly answer the question to claim their prize.

8. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Charli AI reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in case of unavailability based on colour and/or model.

9. General Conditions

By entering the Contest, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or attempts to interfere with the Contest process.

All decisions made by the Organizer regarding the Contest are final and binding.

10. Privacy

Participants consent to Charli AI collecting and use of their personal information to administer the contest by participating in it. Participants also opt to receive direct marketing communications from Charli AI but may withdraw their consent after the contest ends as of March 31, 2025. No participant information will be provided to any 3rd party companies and or affiliations based on the contest and or for any other purposes.

11. Publicity Rights

By accepting a prize, winners’ consent to Charli AI using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Charli AI is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, or other malfunctions or failures that prevent or delay entry into the contest or result in the loss or damage of any entry data due to any incorrect information that any contest entrant submits.

13. Force Majeure Clause

Charli AI is released from any liability in the event the contest cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
